The platform
Five products. One platform.
Sfere Blocks, ID, Engage, Activate, and Measure each stand alone. Together they form the full loop, from first signal to proven revenue: one engine, one profile, nothing exported between products.
From first signal to proven revenue
Collect and resolve identity, engage across every surface, activate in real time, and prove the outcome. Blocks, ID, Activate, and Measure are Live today; Engage is in Design Preview.
Sfere Blocks
The CDI layer that collects events from every fan touchpoint, stitches identifiers in real time, enriches profiles for AI and activation, and distributes governed data to every tool in your stack.
Learn moreSfere ID
A sovereign CDP and real-time identity graph that unifies every touchpoint (ticketing, streaming, app, web, on-site, social) into one golden fan profile, with consent governance built in.
Learn moreSfere Engage
Live interactivity, gamification, and loyalty: polls, predictions, quizzes, quests, streaks, leaderboards, and sponsorable programs, all anchored to the same resolved fan profile. In design preview; not yet generally available.
Learn moreSfere Activate
The activation layer that turns one governed profile into real-time engagement across WhatsApp, email, push, and paid media. Segment on live behavior, orchestrate journeys that react, and suppress fans who've already converted.
Learn moreSfere Measure
Deterministic attribution and a sponsor/partner portal: verified reach instead of impressions, exposure-to-outcome measurement, and premium audience monetization.
Learn moreCollect, resolve, activate, prove
One event pipeline runs the full loop. A signal enters once and stays resolved to a single profile through activation and measurement, with no export or re-sync between stages.
Collect
An open connector framework ingests events from web, app, ticketing, streaming, on-site, and offline sources in real time and batch, normalizing raw payloads into typed events. No parallel database to maintain, no rip-and-replace of what you already run.
Resolve
Events are validated, deduplicated, and stitched to one governed profile as they arrive. A graph-based model matches identifiers across devices and channels, back-stitching anonymous history the moment a fan identifies.
Activate
The resolved profile drives real-time segmentation and journeys across owned and paid channels. Build the audience once and activate it everywhere, with consent and frequency enforced from the same record.
Prove
Exposure and outcomes land back on the profile, so reach is deduplicated to real people and attribution is deterministic. Sponsors and partners see verified results in a live portal, not a quarterly deck.
Composable engine an engineering team can trust
The platform is API-driven and self-managed in-region, so it behaves like infrastructure you own rather than a console you rent.
Composable, not a black box
Sfere keeps your data in a columnar analytical warehouse you self-manage in-region. Pick the components you need and integrate the rest of your stack around them, instead of copying fan data into a vendor silo.
Real-time by design
A real-time streaming layer resolves and routes signals as they happen, so profiles reflect what a fan just did rather than what a nightly batch reports tomorrow.
Programmable end to end
A clean REST API, client SDKs, and a CLI cover anything custom. Configuration is API-driven and CI/CD-friendly, so engineering treats the platform as infrastructure, not a locked console.
Governed at the data layer
Consent, residency, and access control live on the profile itself. Deploy in your own cloud, on-premise, or fully managed, and keep activation decisions inside your environment.
Your data, kept clean and kept yours
The value of a fan graph is only as good as the data under it. Sfere normalizes and governs data at the point of collection and keeps it in a warehouse you own.
Clean data on the way in
Raw payloads are normalized, validated, and deduplicated as they arrive, in real time and batch. The profile you activate on is already consolidated and standardized, so teams act on data they can trust instead of reshaping event dumps first.
Least privilege by default
Access is scoped to what each team and system actually needs, with consent and residency enforced on the profile. Governance is a property of the data layer, not a policy you hope every downstream tool remembers to honor.
Ready for BI and data science
Because resolved data lives in a warehouse you own, business-intelligence and data-science teams query the same governed source directly, with no parallel export to reconcile.
Deploy & trust
Run it your way, keep it compliant
Deploy in-Kingdom, on-prem, or on any cloud, with residency and security governed at the data layer.
The combination we're built around
Identity and engagement, deterministic proof, in-region sovereignty, and a fan-native core.
Identity + engagement in one
Most stacks bolt an engagement tool onto a CDP, then fight to make them talk. Sfere resolves identity and activates it in the same system.
Deterministic proof
Verified reach and exposure-to-outcome attribution, so you answer sponsors with names, not impressions.
Sovereign & compliant
Deploy in-Kingdom, on-prem, or on any cloud. PDPL-compliant and Arabic-native from the data layer up.
Fan-native core, every industry
Built to model fan behavior at its highest-engagement extreme, and general enough for media, brands, retail, and beyond.
How the platform fits together
Is this one product or five?
Do we have to replace our existing data stack?
Where does our fan data live?
What is live today versus in preview?
Can a non-engineering team operate it?
Built with design partners
A founding group shapes the roadmap and deploys first. When we publish customer stories, they will carry real names and real metrics.
