Option 1 Fastest

Disconnect inside Sfere

  1. Sign in to Sfere
  2. Go to Settings → Connections
  3. Next to the platform, click Disconnect and confirm

Your access tokens for that platform are deleted immediatelyThe related account and pixel data is removed within 30 days

Option 2

Revoke access from the platform

You can remove Sfere from the platform’s own settings at any time. Sfere’s access stops at once, and we delete the stored data within 30 days

Email privacy@sfere.io from the address on your Sfere account, with the subject Data deletion request, and tell us which platforms to remove, or “all”

Requests coming from Meta

If you remove Sfere from Facebook, Meta notifies us automatically. We start deletion straight away and give you a confirmation code

What we keep

We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed, as required by law, without the deleted data itself
