Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data on this website, and the principles that govern data across the Sfere platform.

Last updated August 2026. This policy explains how Sfere handles personal data on this marketing website. Fan data processed inside the Sfere platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the separate agreement with each customer, who remains the controller of that data.

Who we are

Sfere is a real-time fan data platform for sports and live entertainment. For personal data collected through this website, Sfere is the controller. Questions can be raised through our contact page.

What we collect on this site

  • Information you give us: the name, work email, company, and message you submit in a demo request or contact form.
  • Essential cookies: the small amount of local storage needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice.
  • Optional analytics: only if you consent, aggregate usage data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) that helps us improve the site. You can decline, and change your mind, from the cookie banner or “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
  • Optional marketing: only if you allow marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure and retarget our LinkedIn advertising. This is our only advertising network, and we run no other ad pixels. It stays off unless you opt in.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, operate and secure the site, and (with consent) understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis & PDPL

We process website personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, consistent with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data residency and in-region processing are core to how the Sfere platform is designed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page.

Sharing & processors

We share website data only with service providers that help us run the site, under agreements that require them to protect it: hosting, our CRM (Pipedrive, which receives demo and contact form submissions), site analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and, only with your marketing consent, LinkedIn for advertising measurement. We do not sell personal data, and we use no advertising network other than LinkedIn.

Retention & security

We keep website enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to keep records we are required to keep, then delete it. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform and our practices evolve; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

This page is a general privacy statement for the website and is not legal advice. The definitive terms for platform data are set out in each customer’s agreement.
