The platform

One connected architecture, from first signal to proven revenue

Most stacks bolt an engagement tool onto a CDP and then fight to make them talk. Sfere is a single system: collect, resolve, activate, and prove, with nothing exported between the products and no vendor lock on where it runs.

Four stages, one engine

Every stage of the fan-data loop runs in the same system, so identity, activation, and proof stay in sync by design rather than by integration.

Collect from everywhere

A connector framework brings fragmented signals, web, app, streaming, ticketing, CRM, into one pipeline, without hand-built glue for every source.

Resolve to one fan

Rule-driven identity resolution stitches those signals into one golden profile per fan, across devices and channels.

Store in a columnar warehouse

Resolved events land in a self-managed, columnar analytical warehouse, fast queries across the full fan history, inside your own infrastructure.

Activate in real time

A real-time event pipeline triggers segments, journeys, and audiences the moment behavior happens, not on the next day's batch.

Prove the outcome

Attribution ties exposure to outcome, so activation feeds measurement and the loop closes on revenue you can actually show a sponsor.

Deploy where you choose

The whole stack runs in your cloud, on-prem, or fully managed, the architecture is portable by design, residency included.

Six stages, one pass

Every signal that enters Sfere runs the same path, from raw event to proven outcome. The first stages happen in the request path; resolution, storage, and activation run continuously behind it, so the fan graph is always current.

Ingest

A signal arrives from any source through the connector framework: web, app, streaming player, ticketing, CRM, or a scheduled import. Each source normalizes its raw payload into a typed event before anything else touches it.

Validate

Every event is checked against a defined schema and deduplicated, so malformed or repeated payloads are caught at the door rather than polluting the profile downstream.

Resolve

Matching rules stitch each event's identifiers to the right profile, merging across devices and channels. When identifiers conflict, priority rules decide which profile wins the merge.

Store

Resolved events land in a self-managed, columnar analytical warehouse that holds the full fan history and answers queries across all of it fast, inside infrastructure you control.

Activate

The real-time streaming layer forwards behavior to segments, journeys, and audiences the moment it happens, so activation runs on live state rather than yesterday's export.

Prove

Attribution ties exposure back to outcome, closing the loop so every activation feeds measurement you can show a sponsor or a board.

A single system instead of a stack you have to wire together

When collect, resolve, activate, and prove live in one engine, data doesn't get copied, delayed, or lost between tools. That's what makes real-time activation and honest attribution possible at the same time.

  • Collect, resolve, activate, and prove run as one system, with nothing copied between tools.
  • Connectors bring sources in; identity resolution turns them into golden profiles.
  • A columnar warehouse holds the full history; a real-time pipeline acts on it live.
  • Portable by design: the same architecture deploys in-Kingdom, on-prem, or on any cloud.

Fits your stack instead of replacing it

The architecture is composable and API-driven. You adopt the components you need, keep control of your warehouse and your governance, and let business teams work the segment and journey surface on top.

  • Take only the components you need; the architecture is composable, not all-or-nothing.
  • Run queries against your own warehouse, or deploy the whole stack next to it with no third-party copy.
  • IT owns security, access, and residency; marketing works the segment and journey surface on top.
  • Everything is API-driven, so the platform fits your stack rather than replacing it.

One architecture, wherever it needs to run

Because the whole system is composable and infrastructure-agnostic, where and how it runs is your decision, not a limit the platform imposes.

Runs where you deploy it

The same architecture runs in your own cloud account, on-premise, or fully managed, in-Kingdom or any region. Residency is a deployment property, so the whole system inherits it rather than bolting it on.

Warehouse-friendly

Point the platform at your own analytical warehouse, or deploy the full stack alongside it with a zero-copy posture. It sits beside your source of truth as a query-fast working layer, not a second system of record.

IT holds the guardrails; teams ship the work

The system is designed so IT keeps control of security, access, and residency while business teams work the segment and journey surface on top.

API-driven throughout

Every capability is exposed through an API, so the architecture fits into the stack you already run rather than asking you to replace it. Adopt the components you need, when you need them.
